It’s getting very close to that time of year again when everyone remembers family they probably haven’t spoken to all year and a most people run around like headless chickens buying spending a fortune buying premium Christmas cards all sorts of presents that may not even be needed or wanted because everyone else is or the television said so! Yes folks, it’s Christmas!!

Don’t misunderstand, I’m not in any way saying bah humbug as I personally love Christmas as it’s a chance to spend time with family you don’t often get to see and remember the true reason for Christmas, which is birth of Jesus, which certainly can only be a good thing, in my own personal opinion.

But what about those you can’t or don’t get to see over Christmas? They can at the very least receive Christmas cards and with the wonder of modern technology can even receive E – Christmas cards. You could even take it one step further for those who are too far to visit and internet call them inexpensively or if facilities allow, you could even video call.

So this Christmas remember to get in touch with family and friends, even if it’s just sending them a card.
